Responsibilities:
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and laws in order to effectively manage compliance risks
• Coordinate company and regulatory filings to ensure timely submissions
• Compliance monitoring in line with existing compliance policies, procedures and manuals and identifying any necessary amendments to such policies to comply with evolving legal and regulatory requirements
• Perform compliance testing and monitoring reviews and follow-up on action points and recommendations
• Liaise with clients to obtain required documentation for registration of funds with local regulators
• Review of fund marketing materials in line with regulatory requirements
• Provide training to employees on compliance and conduct of business policies and procedures
• Respond to internal queries regarding company policies and procedures
• Assist in responding to requests from external parties on regulatory and compliance matters
• Liaise with local legal counsel
• Certain company secretarial work in line with corporate governance requirements
