Job Description:
1. Knowledge about UAE free zones and other areas. Familiar with bank account opening procedures
2. Liaise with legal counsel assist with Incorporation of companies, provide ongoing services such as attestations, renewals, statutory and regulatory filings, corporate secretarial services, and other day-to-day operations.
3. Knowledge/ understanding of general compliance requirements of UAE and other related jurisdictions.
4. Reporting to the management on various operational matters
Qualified and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS)
Post-Graduation degree
A legal degree will be an advantage
Min 2 years of experience
