Commercial Property Manager

Job Summary:

As a Commercial Property Manager at KAIZEN you will play a critical role in managing commercial properties. You will be responsible for overseeing daytoday operations ensuring tenant satisfaction and maximizing the value of our assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain commercial properties up to KAIZEN standards.
  
• Establish and maintain positive tenant relationships addressing their concerns and needs.
  
• Oversee property maintenance repairs and improvements.
  
• Monitor and enforce lease agreements and rental collections.
  
• Develop and manage property budgets.
  
• Maximize occupancy and revenue.
  
• Evaluate and select vendors for property services.
  
• Conduct regular property inspections and assessments.
  
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
  
• Provide regular reports to senior management on property performance.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Real Estate Management Business or related field (preferred).
  
• Proven experience in commercial property management and leasing.
  
• Strong understanding of property management software and tools.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to handle tenant disputes and conflicts effectively.
  
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
