Purpose:
Our Independent Travel Consultants are the industry experts & have an existing market
Primary duties and responsibilities (KRAs)
Sales Ability :
Build and manage a client base via different enquiry channels
Marketing your own business
Strong conversion ratio from all enquiry received
Product Expertise:
In depth knowledge on your destinations
Participating in supplier events, educationals and workshops if required
Customer Experience:
Follow an exceptional Customer Experience
Strong customer engagement
Customer relationship management to promote your brand/ agency
Personally deliver Amazing Travel Experiences
Systems and Processes:
Become an expert on: Amadeus, Finance online systems, and all supplier online booking tools and e-mail
Follow one best way blueprint to mitigate risk
Continuous development on all platforms (self and through the business)
Requirements
Job Requirements
Experience:
SA citizen / Relevant working visa
2 - 4 years Travel Industry experience
GDS experience - Amadeus preferable
Repeat client base
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for maintaining the F&B stock for day to day Receives supplies as per Checks received suplies with respect to weight, size, specifications, expiry date Issue stock as per PRF and on FIFO Maintain monthly physical stock of consumable and F&B Responsible for entering all consumable issuing forms (PRF s, GRN) in ERP Responsible for receiving the F&B deliveries in accordance of the HACCP standard & SOPs relating to Assist warehouse team for kitchen transfers as Assist warehouse team for day to day physical operations
