Conduct market research, interpret market data, and perform analyzes to ensure competitive positioning within the market. Suggests market adjustments and/or updates to salary ranges, incentives, benefits structure, policies and guidelines based on market trends and practices. Ensure compliance with the overall compensation strategy, policies and practices by identifying risks, developing audit methodologies, evaluating audit findings and providing corrective actions. Provides expert guidance and support to key stakeholders on total reward programs, variable pay, job evaluations, fair pay, rewards and recognition, and benefit plans. Evaluate positions at all levels of the organization using external market data and internal position comparisons.
