• Use IBM SPSS software to analyze and interpret data for various projects
  
• Develop and execute statistical models to support decision-making
  
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data analytics solutions
  
• Write technical documents to explain data analytics systems and processes
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in statistical analysis
  
• Collaborate with data security and privacy teams to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
  
• Participate in the development of project plans and budgets
  
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to statistical analysis

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
  
• At least 3 years of experience using IBM SPSS for statistical analysis
  
• Strong background in statistics, including regression analysis and hypothesis testing
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  
• Knowledge of programming languages such as R or Python is a plus
