Responsible for supervising the careful inspection, quality assurance and efficient installation of prefabricated items

Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure accuracy and durability of prefabricated items
Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate efficient and timely installation of prefabricated elements, while matching project schedules and industry standards
Providing technical expertise to address engineering challenges specific to the oil and gas sector and improve the construction process
Review and interpret project documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure prefabricated elements conform to design requirements and performance standards
Document and communicate any deviations from original plans, collaborating with project managers to address and resolve issues
Monitor and control pre-construction related costs within the allocated budget
Proactively address delays, optimizing construction schedules and milestones to meet project goals
Maintain and enforce safety protocols and industry standards, and ensure a safe working environment for all workers on oil and gas projects
