- Assist in formulating the company’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
- Develop financial and tax strategies
- Develop performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction in terms of maximizing the profitability and liquidity
- Manage and oversee the financial operations of accounting, controlling, budgeting, investor / shareholder relations, tax, and treasury
- Implement financial best practices and continuously develop the financial SOPs
