Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our clients renowned Italian restaurant in Ras Al Khaimah UAE The successful candidate will have a proven track record in working in a * hotel/restaurant environment and a minimum of years experience in a fine dining restaurant

* Positions x for hot section x cold section and x for Pastry section

**Responsibilities

Prepare and cook highquality Italian dishes with precision and attention to detail

Work efficiently in both hot and cold sections of the kitchen

Demonstrate exceptional skills in ingredient preparation and cooking techniques

Work effectively under pressure in a fastpaced environment

Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials

Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards

Communicate effectively in English with team members and management

Utilize alcohol in cooking processes as required by the restaurants menu

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

**Requirements 

Minimum years of experience working in the hot and cold sections of a * hotel/restaurant

Minimum years of experience in a fine dining restaurant

Strong skills in ingredient preparation and cooking techniques

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a highvolume kitchen

Fluent in English both spoken and written

Valid certificates and licenses related to culinary arts

**Note** Candidate must be available or a resident in UAE
