- Identifies the key strategic partners and sets short- and long-term channel strategies.
- Developing sales strategies and meeting sales objectives
- Responsible for monthly sell-in and sell-out targets
- Ensure growth in coverage, POS, and productivity for both the sales team as well as for the distribution network.
- Building strong relationships with dealers and resellers
- Educating the sales team about the products
