- Coordinate with yard personnel to obtain material cutting records on progressive basis
- Prepare e-copies of cut-lists for package compilation
- Electronic update of Project Certification Module (PCM System).
- Electronic update of SAIC & MWIN system
- Verifying material traceability for package submission
- Label and box up the completed project files for archiving
- Update the RIM system online with the boxes that are going to be archived.
- Maintain and comply with Company's safety standards all time.
