Job Description

- Two to three years’ experience in a similar sales role within five-star luxury environment
- Proven track record of sales achievements through prospecting and solicitation
- Ability to negotiate with clients at all levels through the use of creative and attractive menu presentations and event proposals to achieve maximum revenue/profit potential whilst ensuring client satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills including the use of Windows packages, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus notes
- Impeccable appearance and a passion for delivering excellent service
- Must be fluent in Written and Spoken English (Arabic language is a great asset but not a must)
- Knowledge of catering sales systems such as sales force, Delphi and Opera Systems would be beneficial
- Role requires ability to work flexible hours including evenings and most weekends.
