We are looking to hire a Solar Project Manager to join our enthusiastic and highly motivated Please note that this position is suitable for anyone having a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in the solar Project Engineers hold one of the critical positions in any solar
Job Description: -
Responsible for operational level understanding of the requirement of the client/customer, Site data, Site feasibility & Solar Systems Design, and complete
Detailed understanding of MW scale solar projects design and execution
Able to review the detailed electrical design, structure design (partial)
Able to communicate with client via mail / call / online meeting effectively
Designing of arrangements of the solar panels for Rooftop & Ground Mounted & other various supported Electrical equipments & selection of cables for plant including layouts & schematic diagrams and calculation of technical Sizing,
End-to-end execution of solar projects (Rooftop & Ground Mounted) and AMC / Service Support from office
Designing the simulations must have expertise in software like Pvsyst, sketchup and similar simulators and expertise in AutoCAD and related designing
Basic understanding of Civil foundation, structure design, TS marking & Staad
Manage and review the design phase of the project including technology selection, civil and mechanical structures, system configuration, electrical connection, distribution & control systems, power conditioning systems, SCADA for photovoltaic power
Multitasking and managing multiple scopes, schedules, budgets and stakeholders communication for design of
Prepare and conduct training of the design team and as required for efficient human resource
Leading design team according to ISO, QMS standards and conduct internal audits as
Having knowledge of IS & specifications needed for the designing and execution of solar
Having knowledge of PV SYST or similar software and should have good knowledge for conducting all essential tests required in the entire Solar Project
Knowledge of implementing 6 Sigma, 5S Kaizen, Kanban,
Finalization of SOP's/ Formats/ WI/ QAP as applicable related to the
Implementation of IMS processes within the
Typical Qualifications Expected: -
Ground mount solar project (MW scale) design / Review and approval and execution experience as manager or engineer
/ ;Electrical , mechanical or civil engineering
Educational qualifications and experience needed for the Solar Project Engineer
(typically 2-4 years) in handling solar
An Electrical Engineering degree will be an added
Salary: No bar for the right candidate
