Job Description

- Responsible for submitting bi-weekly facility analysis forms to Safety Services
- Adhering to company safety and liability policies and procedures
- Establish professional, yet personalized rapport with customers upon contact
- Remain current on new industry products and trends
- Manage disciplinary problems with employees
- Oversee facility preparation and readiness for crew support, verifying room cleanliness, food preparation, and distribution of keys and orientation packets
- Perform or facilitate repair of identified issues with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, water, RO, and heating and air conditioning
- Maintains the Crew Camp grounds and buildings, ensuring they are free of trash, weeds, and washed or blown in dirt
- Oversee Food Service and Housekeeping vendor, ensuring quality and complete service in compliance with contract commitments
- Share 24 hour on-call, including responding to service requests or issues that arise
