Rixos Premium Saadiyat Islandis searching for an Experienced Butler Team Leader to conduct brilliant operation.
Butler Team Leader Responsibilities are:
- The Butler Team leadermotivates, coaches and mentors the Butlers to strive for exceptional handcrafted guest/customer services.
- Anticipating guests needs and solving their problems
- Researching dining and entertainment recommendations and making reservations
- Providing directions and information about local points of interest
- Hiring and supervising staff
- Ensuring rooms and common areas meet guest standards
Requirements
- Efficient multitasking and organizational skills
- Russian and English are required
- Prior experience as a butler in either the hospitality or catering/event planning industry
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to details
- Discretion
- Customer service experience
- Vaccinated or not against vaccination
