- Accountable to deliver on Key Financials (NNS/ OG / OPFE / MOGE / TTS / DPA)
- Transfer MEP/ Market OMP into CEP & OMP in respective OPCs working closely with category teams in Head office
- Enable results through others / leading their teams. Live the GROW module and give regular coaching sessions. Use the STAR module to give feedback while recognizing the team’s efforts and results
- Enable strong Business Relationships with customers. Build management line contact within customers organization. Moreover, maximizing value of trade investments.
