- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in offline gifting or related industries in Kuwait.
- Established connections within Kuwait's government and corporate sectors.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Competency in negotiation and contract management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the offline gifting industry and Kuwaiti market trends.
- Proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Effective in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
