Job Description
Service to be promoted- B2B Corporate Cleaning Services and Laundry Services.
Call up the leads allocated on his CRM dashboard every day.
Fix up an appointment with the lead source, fix up an appointment and conduct the first visit with a standardized presentation and get all the details of the opportunity.
Basis the information provided, work with the Management Team and develop the quotation
Email the quotation and persistently follow up with every stage of the negotiation updated on CRM.
Collect the advance and then get the work started . Supervise the site when the work is getting done to ensure topmost quality and maintain great relation with the client.
After the work is thru, collect the payment and deposit in the company account and update the status on our CRM.
Maintain good rapport with the client to get repeat business and business from other opportunities for the company.
Education/Experience
Qualification & Experience
Graduate with working level fluency in English & Hindi.
Drive for results
Positive attitude
Age not exceeding 30 years.
Willing to work in a hybrid wok environment *(partly office and partly online/field sales)
Possession of a 2-wheeler and a smart phone. Preferably also a laptop/PC with a good internet connection.
Experience 2-3 years in B2B sales.
Should be able to join immediately.
Compensation- Fixed plus Variable. (Variable is for achievement of monthly sales targets after a particular threshold.
Mandatory- Good moral track record with no behavioral issues demonstrated before. Ability to furnish all the documents before joining.
