The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and overseeing the development of strategic plans to achieve growth targets including training as well as Qatar and Oman. In this role you will collaborate closely with the sales and pricing teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to contract negotiation. You will also be responsible for conducting market research to identify trends and competitor analysis to inform our business development strategy. responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies conducting market research and managing marketing campaigns and group events monitor their performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Support driving brand awareness and increasing market share. You will work closely with the pricing and contracts team to develop marketing materials create targeted campaigns and analyse market trends.
Business Development: Enhanced Market Competitiveness and Optimised profitability.
BSL Group Events: improved management of BSL group events and outcome for new business opportunities.
Customer Relations: Increased business winning based on expansion of network.
Gross Margin: Enhanced variance between revenue and cost of goods sold (COGS).
Sales Growth Rate: Increased Sales Growth Rate on a quarterly and annual basis and generation of new business.
Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field
Proven experience in business development marketing and research or sales preferably in a B2B environment
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills ability to interpret data and problemsolving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of industry best practices and current marketing trends
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously
