- multiple engagements and/or teams activities and commit to deliver on time and quality in line with expectations for Risk, Crisis and BCM related projects.
- Ensuring that the BCMS and business continuity initiatives undertaken are aligned to the overall business requirements, vision and objectives of clients.
- Ability to prepare BIAs and TRAs for clients.
- Ability to implement, maintain and update BCM strategies, recovery options, and arrangements as and when required for clients.
- Ability to provide BCM training when required.
- Ability to develop business recovery plan and procedures when required. Advise / consult with necessary parties in formulating, reviewing and revising Crisis Management framework and associated policies, and procedures.
- Conducts risk assessments for various departments and functions for clients, analyzing potential business impact of unpredictable business interruptions such as natural disasters, security breach, legal claims, and market disruptions.
- Ability to apply Crisis and Business Continuity management framework complies with International Crisis Management standards (BS 25999, ISO 22399 or ISO 22301) and current best practice.
- Collaborate to develop and implement best practices of ERM, Crisis Management and BCM.
- Identify and implement recovery operations and methods.
- Ability to provide ERM, as well as other BCM solutions.
- Based on clients' requirements provide practical risk, control and continuity focused functional ERM and BCM expertise to discuss and design potential solutions
