- You will report to the Regional Director of Solution Delivery to contribute towards the use of product and industry knowledge to assist customers in solving business problems, and transforming their operational and business processes
- You will gather technical requirements and perform technical gap analyses
- Assist customers in refining and communicating customer requirements for enhancements and issue resolution
- You will partner with the customer to obtain customer reference data and track the completeness of customer reference data, following-up with the relevant party to ensure the pending reference data is received
- You will support data migration
