- Advanced skills in SQL, Microsoft Excel, data, and visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated success leading project delivery for large, cross functional products / programs
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture
- excited about data and generate insights that will influence Customer Experience (CX) in MENA, a multi lingual region and over-indexed on Mobile Experience. You will articulate and deliver comprehensive customer insights to better understand opportunities to improve the shopping experience of our customers. Think big and own the long-term vision to improve customer experience. Lead and own the product roadmap and tech initiatives to improve the end-to-end customer journey. Own relationship with internal and external tech and business teams around the globe.
