Job Description

Work as part of an Agile team to deliver high quality business requirements and solutions for key stakeholders.
Engage with SMEs and end users and in some cases clients to identify, document and validate the requirements based on user journeys and user stories.
Consult with the business SMEs and product owners to prioritize and shape the product backlog, using Agile practices for prioritization around business value.
Work with product managers and epic owners to develop business cases, as required.
Be responsible for providing multi-disciplinary teams with user stories and support to define the business-driven acceptance criteria and test cases.
Proactively support the uplift of Agile practices and foster a culture of continual service improvement.
Consult with and advise product managers when defining product release content and timeline, applying product development principles, innovative thinking and a focus around the customer or user experience.
Assist with the elaboration of the user stories and requirements, supporting team members with their work where required.
Participate in and facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals: Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Iteration / Release Planning, Showcases/Sprint Review, Retrospective.
Provide subject matter expertise in specific functional area(s) for assigned Scrum team

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years of Agile methodology experience.
3 years experience in Corporate mobile and channels experience
Must have knowledge and experience in Cash Payments and Collections with in-depth knowledge of the products to take up integration projects wherein the web user experience is to be redefined on multiple platforms.
Must have in-depth knowledge of Transaction Banking products and channels.
Must have experience in documenting user journeys and user stories with an understanding of how test cases are to be design around the user stories
Must have experience in delivering corporate banking channels deliveries using Agile development methodology.
Exposure and knowledge cash products such as Online and Mobile Banking, Core Banking, LMS Liquidity Management Systems, DDS Direct Debit Systems, WPS Wage Payment Systems, Swift, Application UI/UX design knowledge, customer experience flow etc
