- Construction of landside bridges and sea crossing.
- Deep cast-insitu bored Piling Construction.
- Precast, prestressed beam construction and erection.
- Temporary works associated with bridge construction across major highways and within marine condition.
- Mass concrete structures.
- Civil infrastructure, road, and utility works.
- Daily on-site supervision to ensure works are being performed in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Associate's Degree in a technical discipline or construction-related field.
- At least 5+ years of bridge construction and related experience on field projects, as well as formal certification from an independent organization, depending on type of inspection assignment.
- Must be able to read and interpret plans and specifications and be thoroughly familiar with construction-related processes related to the area of assignment.
- Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing; to follow oral and written instructions, prepare written messages and simple charts and graphs.
- Capability to perform math calculation and proficiency with basic computer usage, Microsoft Office, Project Management Software, and internet search engines (like Google or equivalent).
- Ability to comply with multitude of requirements as applicable to the project based on client and industry standards.
- Must have thorough understanding of scheduling, and the ability to review progress pay estimates and extra work bills.
- Must be able to recognize hazardous work conditions and take action if necessary.
- Ability to use good judgment and work with others is required. Essential to have fitness and ability to climb ladders and scaffolds, inspect works at height and work in confined spaces.
