- Manage own channels branding, including both the physical and digital. Including - and not limited to -consistent tone of voice and brand message across the different mediums, update and manage the content at the different channels, aligning with the different owners to have an updated FAQs, how-to library and others.
- Manage the production team operations for the direct channels, in-direct channels, head office and others.
- Manage the in-store experience operations, including digital screens management, audio, demo units and display. In alignment and co-ordination with the sales operations team.
