  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the company and clients.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic guidance to achieve mutual goals.
  • Brand Strategy and Development:
  • Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with their business objectives.
  • Implement and execute brand development plans, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports to clients, highlighting campaign performance and recommending optimizations for future initiatives.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Proactively identify challenges and roadblocks in brand campaigns and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and ensure smooth campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant role in brand management.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing brand strategies.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies.
  • Analytical Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Adaptability:
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving industry trends and client needs.
