What You Will Do
- Manage resources and budgets effectively
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the engineering team
- Recruit and hire Base24/Mainframe engineers
- Ensure that software development follows best practices and standards
- Implement and manage testing processes by assisting the enterprise test team in establishing testing scope and execution of test cases
- Identify and mitigate risks effectively
- Communicate with stakeholders in understanding business requirements and reporting project status and progress on a regular basis
- Collaborate with other technical teams during development and testing
