Job Description
On behalf of a reputable renewable energy firm, we are looking to hire a Transaction Manager. The successful candidate will have an active role in identifying new opportunities to enhance portfolio growth.
The Role:
- Review and screen acquisition projects in terms of their strategic and commercial potential.
- Coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders including project vendors and JV partners businesses to oversee and deliver projects.
- Prepare and present to the Investment Committee and actively engage in the decision-making process on all transactional and acquisitive matters.
- Assist and coordinate with team members on all aspects of the financial model from development to review.
Requirements
- 3rd level qualification in engineering, finance or accounting.
- A minimum of 4+ years postgraduate experience in corporate finance or related commercial discipline.
- Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to take ownership of work while working closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver team objectives.
- Strong financial modelling skills and ability to effectively and strategically assess potential acquisitions.
