- Oversee all VTC operational and administrative requirements to ensure contractual requirements are met to include participation in external and internal audits.
- Provide diagnostics and take corrective action on large scale voice/video teleconferencing with secure switch; providing tier one technical support in evaluation of data, repair work of telecommunication equipment, and ancillary components.
- Operate and provide technical support in the operation of VTC equipment in support of briefings, Presentation and VTC sessions.
- Handle encryption materials and devices in support of classified VTC sessions.
- Manage property accountability for Vectrus property assigned to the VTC section.
- Provide IT support for conference room-based briefings and presentations for a 7 days/week operation.
