Job Description

- Assist in managing day-to-day catering operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff during shifts, providing guidance and direction as needed.
- Monitor the quality of food and service, ensuring all offerings meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available for each shift without overstocking.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues, providing exceptional service to enhance customer experience.
- Participate in training new employees and contribute to the ongoing development of current staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Help in creating and managing staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Assist in preparing reports on shift activities, including sales, staff performance, and any incidents.
- Work collaboratively with other managers and team members to achieve business goals and improve service efficiency.
