Our client is a highend fine dining  restaurant based in Dubai
Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the restaurant
- Appointing inducting and mentoring new staff members
- Scheduling shifts and assigning tables to Floor staff
- Resolving customers questions and grievances in a professional manner
- Conducting payroll activities in an accurate timely manner
- Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma degree in hospitality management or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience within a highend restaurant
- Must be able to speak fluent English 
- Intermediate analytical skills
- Ability to think calmly under pressure
- Willingness to learn openmindedly
- Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development
