Duties & Responsibilities:
To run a smooth and efficient shift in the restaurant ensuring all standards, policies and procedures are adhered to. This will include all the Shift Supervisors activities, plus all activities that impacts store QSC levels. This will include:
- Manage the crew training program and responsible for store personnel files
- Helps complete monthly store reports
- Assist in training of Service Experts and Managers Trainees
- Responsible for the training of Service Supervisors
- Assist the store manager in the control of all P&L line items and helps to budget and control assigned tasks
- Maintain spare parts inventories (if applicable)
- Responsible for all equipment
- Manage crew incentives
Nature and Scope:
This position, reports to the Restaurant Manager. Reporting to the Assistant Manager are crew members, Service Experts and Shift Supervisors, all part of the Crew Ladder Positions. He is also expected to work well under pressure and with a heavy workload in a variety of schedules to include nights, weekends and holidays
Requirements
Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills, as well as a command of the English Language are required.
He is expected to have completed the following Certification Program: B.M.T.
