Assistant Manager Colleague Residence

As Assistant Manager, Colleague Residence, your job will be to assist the Manager of Employee Residence in managing and operating the housing department. You will be responsible for managing room allocations, ensure all rooms and facilities are kept in good condition and deal with staff requests and issues. Your objective will be to work towards providing all colleagues living in staff accommodation with as good a Quality of Life, assisting in ensuring that we are the Employer of Choice.

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position, team leader or supervisory training, good administrative skills, and the ability to function on their own abilities. We are looking for an individual who is decisive, mature, sympathetic, empathic, and able to deal with personal issues of colleagues without becoming emotionally involved.
