- An active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse First Assist, Certified Surgical First Assistant, or Operating Room Registered Nurse.
- Certification as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) or Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA).
- Excellent knowledge of surgical procedures, patient care, and nursing best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- The ability to handle a high-stress, fast-paced work environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and patient care.
- BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
