Architect Designer

Job Description :
Architectural (Exterior Designers) plan and design the layouts for buildings and landscapes. They work under the direct supervision of licensed Architects and interact with clients to gather design requirements, specifications, and budgets for their building projects.

Responsibilities :
1. Gather and collect design requirements for new constructions, alterations or repairs.
2. Prepare architecture design based on design requirements.
3. Submit architectural designs to management and clients for review and approval.

Qualification :
1. Bachelors degree in Architecture
2. Strong concept design and presentation capabilities, supported by proficiency in all relevant software (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino, Powerpoint, InDesign etc)
3. Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
