- Review, organize, register, and archive required admissions paperwork and documentation, including diplomas, transcripts, motivation and recommendation letters, and other relevant documents.
- Verify students' admissions documents for eligibility to enroll in academic programs, ensuring alignment with our admission criteria.
- Ensure the documents' compliance with admissions requirements set by our dual-degree partner universities.
- Safeguard the availability and accessibility of all documents in various databases, including CRM (Salesforce), ERP, share drives, and hard copies.
- Provide timely and comprehensive responses to student inquiries related to admissions support, including accommodation, relocation, visas, and other related matters.
