Job responsibilities : 1). Incoming and outgoing phone calls on day to day basis. 2). Handle all necessary administrative tasks. 3). Placing orders/ LPO's to suppliers based on new customer order confirmations and following up on the orders daily. 4). Liaise with the inventory team for product procurement based on the orders received. 5). Liaise with the suppliers for delivery dates. 6). Coordinating with suppliers for new packaging material requirement. 7). Materials planning for production, purchase and dispatch. 8). Ensuring the material received everyday are as per the specs and quality as per the order placed. 9). Source new suppliers and discuss new ideas for cost cutting.
