The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and maintain accurate records. In addition, they will provide assistance to various departments, ensuring that all customer inquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Manage the customer information database
Prepare and process paperwork for customer transactions
Ensure all customer records are accurately maintained and updated when necessary
Provide administrative support to various departments, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
Monitor and track customer service requests
Complete other administrative tasks as needed
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer systems
Ability to multitask and work independently
Ability to learn and understand customer policies and procedures
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
