Accounting and Reporting:
- Record payroll and fixed assets transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Reconcile payroll-related accounts and fixed assets ledgers, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports related to staff costs and fixed assets.
Compliance and Regulations:
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards related to payroll and fixed assets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as local and national regulations.
- Assist in audits related to payroll, staff costs, and fixed assets, providing necessary documentation and support.
