- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end closing process
- Proficient in accounting software (preferably Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's degree and/or professional certification such as CPA or ACCA would be an added advantage)
