•Conduct daily field visits to ensure sales fundamentals, OSA & sales achievement
•Track sales target progression on daily basis by branch, category, brand and user.
•Analyze sales trend, identify focus area and propose action to close any sales gap vs target.
•Oversee inspection to confirm quality processes, standards and procedures.
•Investigate quality issues and report recurring concerns in accordance with quality standards and testing methods set by the company.
