We are looking for an Account Manager to join Snap! At the heart of this role one will work on all facets of Snapchats offerings lead and own planning delivery and execution of comprehensive media measurement and creative strategy. Working from our Dubai office we look for candidates who enjoy solving complex problems through technical and analytical excellence and commercial acumen synthesizing disparate pieces of information into concrete recommendations and strategic foresight in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across brands and their media and marketing partners.
What youll do:

Build manage and grow relationships and spend with Retail / CPG clients and their agency partners by helping them achieve performance that exceeds their expectations

Partner with Account Executive Creative Strategists and Marketing Science throughout the RFP process to develop innovative datadriven digital campaigns on Snapchat bringing measurable ROI for our clients

Manage projects involving sophisticated work streams and crossfunctional collaboration (internally and externally)

Dive deep into campaign performance data; guiding KPI driven measurement strategies identifying performance trends optimizing campaigns to achieve results and providing recommendations for upsell opportunities

Serve as the product expert by educating Retail / CPG clients and their agencies on Snaps new and existing products as well as advising on best practices and tailored campaign optimizations

Increase adoption and engagement of Snaps selfservice platform and auctionbased tools providing ongoing technical support and realtime analysis
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
-
Existing and strong relationships with Retail / CPG marketing performance and biddable teams and their media / creative agencies.

Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g. advertisers agencies)

Proven track record of delivering on sales quota and obtaining positive reviews

Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem

Strong Excel/Google Docs and PowerPoint/Keynote skills as well as experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights

Work effectively with crossfunctional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)

Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail

Able to work in a fast paced environment and adaptable to changes

Strong presentation and communication skills
