3D VISUALIZER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that 3D models and visualizations meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Continuously improve modeling and visualization processes, tools, and techniques to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:

• At least 3 years of experience in 3D visualization and modeling, preferably in the architecture or product design field.
• Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, corona
• Knowledge of lighting, composition, and color theory.
• Strong portfolio of 3D models and visualizations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and meet project deadlines.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design.
