- Answering and redirecting phone calls in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner.
- Welcoming visitors, students and employees in the reception area.
- Guiding visitors to the departments they want to visit and directing students to lecture halls.
- Providing information and instructions in using resources efficiently.
- Cooperation in customer follow-up of reports, suggestions and complaints
- Maintaining the organization of the reception area by following the university’s procedures, rules and regulations.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as emailing and updating calendars.
- All other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor
General Terms
- At least one to two years of experience in the same field. Fresh graduates can apply.
- Proficiency in Arabic/English languages, spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of computer skills, especially Microsoft Office programs
