Aftersales Electrical Engineer Automotive Industry

• Provide technical support to customers and assist with product installation and maintenance.
• Conduct product testing and evaluation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in vehicles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct training sessions for internal staff and external customers on electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Technical support to distributors, respond to technical inquiries by email or calls and resolve issues.
• Assist in the development of new products and modifications to existing products.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on electrical systems.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and components.
• Experience with automotive diagnostic tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
