- Administer and manage network infrastructure to ensure integrity, reliability, and security of network devices.
- Perform real-time monitoring and analysis of network health and traffic activities.
- Perform network audit and analysis of existing networks to identify areas of improvement.
- Participate in projects to assess, analyze, design, and provision network services.
- Build and maintain documentation of devices, operational procedures, and infrastructure topology.
- Design and manage network infrastructure for LAN/WAN/SAN networks including but not limited to network switches, firewalls, routers, wireless controllers, application delivery controllers, s and authentication services.
- Subject matter expert in application security, application delivery controller, next generation firewalls, wireless controllers and authentication services.
- Monitor of network traffic and equipment to ensure the network is configured for optimal performance.
- Work closely with ICT & IT Security teams to provide the best network experience to AUS community and visitors.
- Configuration and implementation of wired and wireless networks for academic and residential complexes for seamless network connectivity.
- Maintain network management software to analyze network availability and health for critical equipment.
- Provide network configuration and support of specific business needs and requirements.
- Prepare and maintain procedures and documentation for network inventory, recording diagnosis and resolution of network faults, enhancements and modifications to networks and maintenance instructions.
- Monitor network traffic, activity, capacity, and usage to ensure continued integrity and optimal network performance.
- Configure and maintain network configuration management software to manage configuration and firmware updates of network equipment.
