- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven Middle East experience in technical writing and proposal development, preferably in the engineering or consultancy industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and convey complex engineering concepts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality documents.
- Project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with transportation and infrastructure projects is preferable.
