Bachelor's degree in Engineering/QS, or related degree.
At least 12 or more years of relevant experience.
Preference is given to those holding a registered certificate in quantity surveying.
Understand costs and FIDIC.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to develop good working relationships with clients and their agents.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in English.
