PLCB is seeking a second-level technical hardware/software desktop support product specialist for a 6-month engagement to assist with general desktop support and printer support being a focus
Scope of Work
Candidate will provide second-level technical support in deploying and supporting the latest technologies such as Windows 10 with Office Specifically looking for someone that has extensive printer support background including print server administration, been through hardware rollout deployments, and has provided second-level end-user assistance (Windows 10/O365/Skype/OneDrive) in addition to installing and using the
Required Skills
- Network printer/MFP installation, support, troubleshooting, and administration
- Windows 10 configuration & support
- Provide second-level technical support for desktop environment
- Desktop Imaging from USB or SCCM
- Desktop Hardware Rollout (10+ devices)
Desired Skills
