Job Description

- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies for construction and landscape projects.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish quality benchmarks and objectives.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential quality issues.
- Implement and manage a comprehensive quality control program.
- Perform on-site inspections to monitor workmanship and materials used in construction and landscape activities.
- Conduct tests and analyses of construction materials to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Document and report deviations from project specifications and work with project teams to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of all QA/QC activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions taken.
- Generate regular reports on the status of quality assurance and control activities for project management.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders regarding quality issues and resolutions.
- Foster a culture of quality consciousness and awareness among project personnel.
- Conduct regular workshops and meetings to address quality-related concerns and share lessons learned.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in construction and landscape activities.
- Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions to enhance overall project quality.
